These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App and your purchase and use of any features offered in the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App Does (and Doesn't)

Charlie Mike helps you organize tasks and notes, plan your day, and start your morning with a report that can include weather, market quotes, news headlines, and a daily quote. Premium adds “Charlie,” an optional AI coach. The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or medical advice. Market data and news are shown for general information only and may be delayed or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional for advice.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App and for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.

3. Purchases and Pricing

Charlie Mike is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews:Basic — USD $2.99, one-time. Includes core task, notes, calendar, and daily-report features. Does not include the AI coach.Premium — USD $4.99, one-time. Includes everything in Basic plus “Charlie,” the Gemini-powered AI coach, and all premium features.Prices may vary by region and are subject to Apple's tax and currency policies. A purchase permanently unlocks its tier for your Apple ID; you can restore it on your other devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

4. Payment and Restoring Purchases

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.Purchases are one-time; there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.Use “Restore Purchases” to re-enable your tier on a new or reset device signed in to the same Apple ID.Deleting the App does not remove your entitlement; restoring purchases brings it back.

5. Price Changes

We may change the price of the App or of any tier from time to time. Because purchases are one-time, a price change applies only to new purchases made after the change; it never affects a tier you have already bought.

6. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refunds are handled under Apple's policies. See Apple's support article: https://support.apple.com/HT204084. We cannot issue or control refunds for purchases made through the App Store.Consumer Rights. Where required by law, you may have additional consumer rights, including a right to cancel within a certain period after purchase (for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom). These rights are handled through Apple as the merchant of record. To exercise them, follow Apple's process at the link above.

7. Data and Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data: https://www.charliemikestudios.com/privacy-policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described there.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App (e.g., reverse engineering, unauthorized access, interfering with service, or using the App for unlawful purposes). We may suspend or restrict access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content are owned by Charlie Mike Studios LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple's usage rules.

10. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App.

11. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in-app notice or updated date above). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflicts of law rules, and applicable U.S. federal law. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
